2. Measurement of Methanol and Glycerol in Pichia Pastoris Fermentation:

The Analox GL6 and GM8 industrial multiassay analysers offer fast and accurate determination of methanol and glycerol in pichia pastoris cell cultures, to ensure optimum levels of these key carbon sources in this widely used application. Both assays are linear to ca. 4% W/V and the reagent kits include a 2.0% W/V calibration standard.
